Our high profile, Witney based client is seeking to appoint an Office Manager to their team immediately. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30.

The role will see you responsible for turning on or turning off all the equipment within the Office, Showroom and boardroom. Locking up at the end of the day and putting the alarm on.
The Office works on SAGE so the successful applicant will need to be currently using this on a day to day basis. This position will see you transferring all the clients orders into an Acknowledgement of Order on Sage and follow this through to an Invoice, Production and Delivery document. 
Once the A/O is raised the office manager liaises with the client throughout the project regarding payment, fabrics, wood colours, production times, payment and delivery.

In addition the successful applicant will be updating delivery spreadsheets. Collection and delivery tickets that allows Workshop staff to load vehicles etc.
Daily contact with clients discussing new and existing projects.
Daily contact with Suppliers regarding prices and sending purchase orders.
Control of the 5 different email addresses coming into the Office.
PA role as necessary for the directors.
HR
Health & Safety within the company.
Vehicles. Overseeing the running of all the vehicles..Arranging services and insurance.
All company Insurances together with all utilities.
Updating all Price lists and maintaining the company data base.
Weekly production meetings (this may mean an 8pm start if there's no time during the normal Office hours)
Liaison with the Workshop staff.
Event Organising for Staff
Any adhoc tasks required by the board of Directors.
