Job Description


Our client is an exceptionally high end furniture manufacturer, who sells on appointment to store only. Based in London - they are seeking a very knowledgeable and experienced 'High End Furniture Sales Manager' to join their team.

Applications are only being taken from HIGH END (Bespoke) Furniture sales people, as your role will be meeting with and dealing with Ultra High Networth Individuals, Corporates, E-Commerce enquiries and by appointment only at the store.

The role will see the successful applicant carrying out the following activities and responsibilities:

• Responsible for experience centre setup and store operations management. 
• Responsible for collection of customer database and facilitating them on needs to increase the sales growth, and relationship management through internal and external communication.
• Helps customers on the product understanding and to select the right product from the collection.
• Develops and owns customer success plan and deliverables for key focus customers.
• Partners cross functionally with International Marketing Team, Factory Team, Logistics and warehouse team for the stocks, order, product, and quality management.
• Accountable for Store Walk in Sales & Retail Sales, E- commerce sales, Social Media Sales, Corporate Project Sales, etc., 
• Responsible for maintenance of reports, data’s and documents, task management and process documentation through various ERP systems.
• Responsible for the corporate, business and product presentation to clients, top management and other business leaders.
• Partners cross functionally with Indian business operation team for the best product stocking and replenishment plan.
• Ensure the experience centre is well maintained in a presentable way to attract clients and customer all time.
• Work on stores and client related agreement and renewal.
• Ability to anticipate and communicate future customer needs including customer programs, communication and support strategies, training, products and services.
• Leverages customer data and engagement and support on our innovation and R&D centre by providing customer feedback, expectation, change in furniture needs and buying habits of clients.
