Job Description

Support Analyst - Swansea

CPS Group are recruiting for a customer orientated person, with a 'can-do' attitude to join our clients team. You will have an analytical mind, with excellent problem solving skills and be keen to learn and develop.

Responsibilities :

*You will ensure customers are kept up to date
*You will manage day-to-day queries of the Support and BAU team.
*You will be a point of contact for colleagues and customers
*You will always communicate effectively and professionally on behalf of the business
*You will contribute to the team's goals by pro-actively developing and improving customer relationships
*You will achieve personal, team and company objectives
*You will have information security at your heart
*You will be able to and are at ease when liaising closely with other departments, at all levels
*You will be knowledgeable about each team members job role, allocating tasks accordingly and ensuring the performance of the team is of a high standard

You will have the following:

*The ability to be self-motivated and to work on own initiative
*The ability to communicate clearly and concisely - both written and verbally
*The ability to meet targets and handle a high-pressure environment
*Experience using or administering the Microsoft Office suite
*Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
*Effectual time management skills

A background in IT Support is desirable.
