Job Title: Area Manager

Area: Brighton / Region: Brighton

Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

If youve worked in Domiciliary Care before, fantastic - but its not absolutely essential. Its more important that you can lead a team and establish outstanding customer service. Organised and ready to adapt to challenges, you have the expertise you need to provide a professional, safe and high quality care and support service, meet targets and tackle day-to-day operations.


You will have a proven track record in the delivery of a regulated service and be able to evidence rounded knowledge of our regulatory framework.

We also require the following:

1. You are able to evidence the management of a large and or diverse team.

2. That you are an organised individual able to evidence strong managerial and organisational qualities.

3. You possess excellent communication and ICT skills.

4. You have a strong and driven work ethic and that you're flexible and willing to travel.
