Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Candidate Resourcer (IT recruitment)

Due to growth, Reed Technology (the IT arm of Reed Specialist Recruitment) are currently seeking a Trainee Consultant/Candidate Resourcer to provide support to 3 of our premier clients. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly motivated and have impeccable attention to detail. Person Specification: You will have experience in a customer-centric role be that in a sales, customer service or similar target and results driven role. Any appreciation of recruitment and or IT would be useful but far from essential. You will have very high levels of self-motivation and be genuinely driven to exceed targets and succeed.

Remit: Working closely with the Senior Account Manager you will be focussed on the sourcing of high calibre IT and Business Change contractor resource across our end client's full IT enterprise. You will source candidates in line with role specifications using a variety of tools including: Various database searches. Online advertising, response management. Proactive targeting of candidates/referrals/networking. Proactive building of potential candidate pools and strong professional networks. You will then effectively screen and qualify each candidate sourced drilling down into the detail around experience, skills, knowledge and competencies, career aspirations and remuneration. From there you will then co-ordinate the candidates throughout the recruitment process from. In conjunction with the Account Managers you will then manage candidate offers and guide the successful candidates through a compliance process and post placement after-care.
