Job Description

Product Manager

One of the UK's most reputable and leading multimedia content production companies for the digital media and print industries are looking to expand their existing team in Nottingham, and bring on board a Product Manager to focus on products within their Images Division.

Product Manager Requirements

  • Take full ownership of and responsibility for the design and maintenance of digital products in the Images Division
  • Work and negotiate with senior engineers and business stakeholders to define and deliver products and prototypes, ensuring that development is aligned to the Images Division's overall business strategy and goals
  • Design a goal-oriented Product Vision and associated roadmaps that deliver continuous and measurable business value
  • Communicate the Product Vision to business stakeholders and the development team
  • Deliver regular program updates to the relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain core project documentation, including product requirements, market research and product usage data in conjunction with the Marketing Team
  • Provide strategic management of the overall program, ensuring development schedules are met and risks managed

Product Manager Essential Skills:

  • Experience of delivering commercially successful, responsive digital products, websites and APIs
  • Track record of delivering quality products on time and on budget
  • Demonstrable experience of product ownership within large, strategic programmes of work
  • Experience in facilitating discussions and workshops at executive and senior management level
  • Experience working in a highly Agile environment
  • Practical experience of writing user stories and working with QA and engineers
  • Experience of taking part in and facilitating Sprint ceremonies
