LOCATION: Daventry

JOB TITLE: Graphic Designer

SALARY & BENEFITS: Up to £22,000 + company benefits

WORKING HOURS: Full-time, permanent

THE COMPANY: Our client specialises in providing world-class assessments that support; people selection, leadership development, team development and organisational culture development.

THE ROLE: An opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join this well-established business which is currently going through a period of growth. You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager with all graphic design requirements for marketing materials and product training manuals/presentations, in line with key messages and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities to include:

  • Completing design requirements for training, print and web-based projects

  • Provide creative input for projects

  • Work with the marketing manager to develop campaign concepts and designs

  • Work with the Consulting team to translate conceptual content into world-class presentation material

  • Working to brand guidelines and ensuring visual identity and key messages have been conveyed

  • Assist with the production of final artwork preparing print ready files

  • Submitting approved artwork files to printers

  • Undertake other duties and tasks that from time-to-time may be appropriate to the job

THE CANDIDATE: We are looking for a creative candidate who has a keen eye for detail, who is confident communicating ideas to a team, but also working independently.

Key experience essential for the role:

  • Competent and confident in Adobe CS including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and MS PowerPoint

  • Basic IT skills e.g.Word, Excel etc.

  • Minimum 1 years experience (in-house, agency or placement)

  • Good understanding of file types and their usage/ application
