LOCATION: Prince Risborough, Buckinghamshire

JOB TITLE: Business Development/ Client Accounts Manager

SALARY & BENEFITS: Circa £25K + travel expenses (European travel)

WORKING HOURS: Full Time (Flexibility required)

THE COMPANY: Our client, based in Prince Risborough, is one of the leading major suppliers of machines, spares and related services to the tobacco industry worldwide. The division specialises in the design, development and manufacture of secondary tobacco processing machinery, particularly mid-speed cigarette makers, packing and handling equipment.

THE ROLE: Business Development/ Client Accounts Manager (Russian speaker)

An exciting and challenging position has arisen to join a vibrant and lively organisation Business Development/ Client Accounts Manager. The main purpose of this role is to maintain and grow the current spares market, Travelling worldwide and using initiative and skills, whilst working in conjunction with the customer account managers and regional sales managers.

Key Responsibilities:- Business Development/ Client Accounts Manager (Russian speaker)

  • Work in conjunction with Client Accounts Managers to maximise conversion of opportunities to profitable orders.
  • Working with the sales team, deliver agreed order intake to budget.
  • Travelling worldwide to develop new and existing customer relationships.
  • Manage prospect pipeline and follow up customer quotes.
  • In conjunction with Regional Sales Managers, work with agents and understand their activities in order to maximise opportunities and secure profitable business.
  • Feed accurate market intelligence back into the organisation.
  • Assist RSM's and CAM's in setting accurate budgets and updated forecasts as and when required.
  • Assess weekly spares order intake against budget, revise action plan accordingly, report monthly.
  • Build and document intelligence gained on machine types and populations, in customers factories.

THE CANDIDATE: Business Development/ Client Accounts Manager (Russian speaker)

The ideal candidate for this position will be an exceptional, experienced sale professional with Russian language skills. You will be a strong communicator who can overcome objections with a confident and professional manner. You must be a trustworthy individual with the enthusiasm and drive to succeed individually and as part of a team.

Key skills and experience:-

  • Previous experience as a Sales Professional is preferred
  • Must be fluent in a Russian, spoken and written, other than English( Essential)
  • Strong Face-to-Face and presentation skills
  • PC Literate( Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK drivers licence is essential
  • Full Passport required due to extensive travel
  • Ability to recover from any knock-backs
  • Must expect to travel up to at least two weeks per month(Essential)
  • Previous knowledge of the Tobacco spares/machinery Industry(desirable but not essential)
