Job Description

Care Coordinator - Domiciliary Care - Solihull - £19k-24k per annum

Our client in Solihull is now looking to recruit an experienced coordinator to join his friendly team. Ideally you will have already achieved an NVQ 3 and have a good background within the Domiciliary care sector in a senior role where you have had the experience of planning care staff weekly rota's using the Staffplan system. You will also cover on call duties on a rota basis.

Your role will also include carrying out staff supervisions, holding team meetings, taking on new care packages, ensuring excellent communication between the service users, staff and the office and monitoring care staff regarding the delivery of high standards of care. You will need to be well organised, have excellent IT skills have good communication skills and be able to liaise with care managers, NHS services, external agencies, families and colleagues etc.

You will also need a good understanding of the care standards and be passionate about quality care. Our client is looking for a cheerful, confident, approachable professional coordinator who is supportive of staff and who is able to motivate and encourage staff.
