£30,000 to £40,000 per annum plus car allowance

Our highly respected retail client is currently seeking to immediately appoint a "suitably experienced" Regional Retail Manager to their team.

Our client is a well respected nationally recognised retailer of mobile phones & accessories. They currently require a Regional Retail Manager to join their team.

Part of your application will be making a 30 second Video "CV" of your skills and communication skills. You will need to be able to record your "30 second CV" and email it across when asked to do so.

The position will see the successful applicant opening new stores, staying onboard for 2 weeks to train and support the new staff and:

  • Contribute towards business improvement projects
  • Maintaining and increasing sales throughout retail base
  • Reviewing sale strategies around new shop openings
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your areaEstablishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for store managers and retail team
  • Recruiting and training sales staff
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to senior managers
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Compiling staff rotas and individual targets
  • Preparing stores for peak calendar activities
  • Organising training days for staff
  • Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation at all times
