Our highly respected retail client is currently seeking to immediately appoint a "suitably experienced" CLUSTER MANAGER to their team.

Our client is a well respected nationally recognised retailer of mobile phones & accessories. They currently require a Cluster Manager to join their team.

Part of your application will be making a 30 second Video "CV" of your skills and communication skills. You will need to be able to record your "30 second CV" and email it across when asked to do so.

This role will be based across the UK - opening new stores as and when required - you will be travelling a lot across the UK, therefore there is a car allowance included in this role.

The position will see the successful applicant opening new stores, staying onboard for 2 weeks to train and support the new staff and:

  • Contribute towards business improvement projects
  • Arrange local promotional and marketing activity
  • Liaising with operational manager for new store look feel and fit
  • Reviewing sale strategies around new shop openings
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  • Recruiting and training sales staff - on products/systems/operationally/customer service
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Preparing stores for peak calendar activities
  • Organising training days for staff
