Job Description

 Our high profile RETAIL client is seeking to immediately appoint an EXPERIENCED "Regional Retail Manager" to their London team.

The successful applicant will have exceptional experience of working in a Hi Tec Retail Environment, PC's, Mobiles or similar to be considered.

You will posses excellent communication skills both written and verbal coupled with superb IT skills.

  • Contribute towards business improvement projects 
  • Maintaining and increasing sales throughout retail base 
  • Reviewing sale strategies around new shop openings
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area 
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base 
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market 
  • Setting sales targets for store managers and retail team 
  • Recruiting and training sales staff 
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets 
  • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets 
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures 
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research 
  • Reporting to senior managers 
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors 
  • Compiling staff rotas and individual targets 
  • Preparing stores for peak calendar activities 
  • Organising training days for staff 
  • Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation at all times – shirt/uniform and shoes must be worn at all times
