EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Required skill(s): Channel Sales in IT/Training/Education, Proven sales record.

Our high profile globally recognised client is seeking to appoint a Country Sales Manager based out of Central London.

The Country Sales Manager position manages sales of courseware, marketing, branding and support within Europe. This position ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. He also identifies objectives, strategies to expand our clients already established partnerships and customer base and also the action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Job Description

Strategic planning and descriptive approach of the markets responsible for Europe forecasting and sales tracking on a timely basis.

 

  • This position is the sole owner of planning activities and assigning targets per region. This position requires prioritising effectively and in accordance with the corporate objectives.
  • Managing Marketing and branding activities along with the marketing manager, this position also manages the role of rightly positioning each product on the whole.
  • The Country Sales Manager provides quality leadership to each of the regional Heads and their teams, supporting them in their activities and helping them close big ticket deals.
  • The successful applicant will be capable to achieve annual targets, revenues and profitability quotas for all company training and product lines as set by the management.
  • This position develops the required network in Europe to facilitate brand awareness and increase sales.
  • Efficiently managing the developed accounts /partners and supporting them to help them gain more market business with assistance from the regional Heads. Conducting Presentations and visiting partners to extend Support will be  required.
  • Identifying the big corporates, training houses, educational, and Government bodies in Europe and extending our client products
  • Must be well verse with the European market.
  • Managing and being the main point of contact for existing partners.
  • Communicating well with partners on new products and service offerings.
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product meetings and webinars.
  • Delivering presentations at clients location or at the events.
  • Conducting contract negotiations.
