Job Description

Are you an experienced technical author? Want to be an integral part of a fast growing company?

Our client is an industry leader in state-of-the-art, cloud-based contact centre and telecommunications technology.

Our client is looking for a technical author/writer who will take ownership of the production of technical materials for our client.  You will be taking all technical input form development staff. Understanding all documentation requirements of internal staff, resellers and end-users. And managing release notices so all software updates are accurately described and recorded.

What you will need to succeed:

·         General IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

·         Excellent written and spoken English.

·         Excellent interpersonal and team-working.

·         Appreciation of VOIP and web interface technologies

·         Experience as a technical author/technical writer in a company that produces sophisticated software products.
