Job Description

London Based, Isleworth

Our client is seeking to immediately appoint Executive Producers who can undertake projects of varying sizes and are responsible for all aspects of communication, scheduling and budgeting.

The successful applicants are expected to be able to lead a team of Senior Producers, Producers, Technical Project Managers, Logistics Mangers and Project Coordinators on specific large-scale events, demonstrating a full understanding of the project lifecycle from essential scheduling tasks to client liaison and physical delivery through to project reconciliation.

As the Executive Producer you will need to lead by example, establishing a clear direction for projects and keeping them on track, becoming the day-to-day 'go to’ person for all production control & planning-related tasks for the team.

Proficient management of event budget expenditure will be critical to the role, as will sound planning and skill in overseeing complex logistics; excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills will also be crucial for this role.

The Executive Producer must be enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to work long hours and some weekends as necessary. The rest of the project team should feel confident to work with and for him/her so that the project is delivered by a cohesive team, all working together to support each other. In terms of project planning, the Executive Producer will liaise with the Head of Events on project status and management, the Account Director/Manager on client relationship matters, the Head of Operations if external resourcing is required and the Creative Director/ Head of Studio on the development of creative solutions and necessary resources for delivering these. He/she should adopt a proactive approach to seeking input from other agency specialists.

We are looking for candidates who have previously worked with Government organisations, who have superb relationship building skills and have worked AGENCY side.

Please ONLY apply if you have a background in all of the above.
