Job Description

Our Internationally recognised Search & Selection client is pleased to be retained to work with one of the biggest names in Automotive in the UK.

Working on behalf of their client they are tasked with sourcing a world class Learning & Development Manager from an “Automotive” background.The successful applicant can be based anywhere in the UK as the role will be field based.

Applications are ONLY being taken from Automotive Experienced Candidates.

-Learning & Development backgrounds – those which know the difference between, Training, Developing, Coaching & just simply Speaking loudly

·Be a professional and relaxed presenter with excellent interpersonal skills

·Be entrepreneurial, a great networker and relationship developer

·Be positive and have a friendly attitude to dealing with people, internally and externally, demonstrating clear empathy skills

·Have excellent organisational skills with a clear ability to use your own initiative. There is a high volume of projects to prioritise and key processes to follow

·Be practical and level headed with the ability to react quickly when necessary

·Be able to compose professionally constructed documents and presentations for internal / external viewing
