Our client based in High Wycombe is seeking to immediately appoint a Sales Process Manager to their established team. Reporting directly to the Manager - Dealer Business Performance, this role will be responsible for coordinating the effective implementation & future development of Motorcycles Sales Operational Standards (HSOS) & supporting KPI-DOC structure, resulting in a major contribution to achieving the delivery of 'the best customer experience'

It is key for the success of this role that the sales process is seen as an asset to both the sales teams and management alike and details the recommended steps for conducting a sale of our client products.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting all product divisions; car sales, motorcycle sales and PE sales within the European region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Using Genba approach study existing customers and prospects needs, while understanding what competitors can offer.
  • Manage HSOS resources to help deliver established sales volume requirements and KPI’s using recognised company best practice.
  • Ensure all sales processes (HSOS) are fully integrated with other relevant sales business developments; i.e. PLCC, sales advisor training and field manager development.
  • Coordinate the consistent and successful implementation of the sales processes (HSOS) across the European Region, based on establishing clear stakeholder responsibilities and time bound expected outcomes.
  • Regularly communicate and report to create awareness of notable business success against agreed KPI
