Our Aylesbury based client is seeking a confident Account Manager to join their growing team.  They require someone who enjoys delivering TOP Class customer service and ensuring the client and candidate receive excellent service.

The role will see you Account Manage current "Active" clients and service their full recruitment needs.  It will involve you also "reactivating" existing clients who have not used their services for the last few months or so.

Please note.  This is not a trainee position, so it therefore requires someone with the ability to hit the floor and run.  You will need to come from a recruitment agency background, with a demonstrable background of success.

This is a 360 degree Account Management role, from client to candidate.

Excellent communication skills are therefore an absolute MUST.

The ideal applicant will be someone who is currently working with Recruitment Agency - who would like to concentrate their skills on Account Management and have the Business Development done by the Directors.
