Job Description

Our client is a leading Learning and Development consultancy in the UK, who specialise in deploying first class performers to their clients across the Automotive and Retail (Mult-site) sectors.
This high profile, proactive role ensures high quality design and delivery of solutions to clients which fit with the premium brand vision of our client company.  This role has four core elements which are:
  • To line manage and support the internal L&D Team across all solution areas to ensure individual motivation and full engagement with business objectives. The roles include senior learning consultants, creative media consultants, business coaches and trainers.
  • To ensure that all learning solutions are leading edge and are designed and delivered to the very highest standards and premium brand aspiration.
  • In conjunction with the Client Services Manager, to engage and regularly communicate with existing associates and recruit new associates to support the instructional design and delivery requirements
  • During peak design phases, to design learning frameworks and solutions in accordance to client requirements.
  • This is a critical hire and as such we can only accept applications from experienced L&D managers from Multi-site Automotive or Retail environments.
