Our Andover based client is seeking to immediately appoint a maternity leave contractor for a period of 6 to 9 months to join their exceptional team.
Your role will be to join this market leading client who works with some of the largest brand names in the world.  You will assist in supporting their client with out-bound and in-bound customer communication including print, Direct Mail and all digital communications.
Your duties will consist of and not limited to:
  • Managing the flow and distribution of mail into the Mail Processing Centre on a daily basis
  • Monitoring the team to ensure the flow of work is distributed in a timely manner to all relevant departments
  • Understand the service level agreements and ensure that all KPIs are adhered to at all times
  • Identify and implement appropriate continuous improvement to processes and procedures
  • Ensure that performance, attendance and discipline for all team members is managed to the highest standards
  • Collate necessary facts and figures (MI data) to identify trends, and patterns and drive continuous improvement 
Must have requirements:
The successful applicant MUST have experience in leading or managing a team
  • Experience working in a production environment will be an advantage but not essential.
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Good PC skills and working knowledge of Word/Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and influencing skills.
